An age-old problem
An age-old problem
or, more accurately, an aging brand problem. As the brand neared its 75th year, newer generations viewed it as a place where "my parents buy their products." This perception significantly impacted their sales, especially as younger demographics grew into a greater purchasing power.
Finding Common Ground
What do younger demographics have in common? Quite frankly, not much. Some text through their laptops, while others watch movies on their smartphones. They approach everything differently and use products in their own unique ways. Interestingly, the lack of a single defining trait became our strength. They do things THEIR own way.
